Lightworkers: How To Stop Feeling Unworthy and Embrace Your True Self

Updated: Oct 16, 2022

Lightworkers are souls that choose to be reincarnated to help heal the Earth. But most of the time, many don't feel worthy of being called a healer.

They often ask, "Why me?" and "What can I offer? I'm not worth it. I'm just... me."

As a result of their heightened sensitivity, lightworkers often struggle with low confidence and self-esteem. They have the ability to heal others and prefer to internalize their experiences. Extreme sensitivity like this often causes people to doubt their abilities.

The thing is, if you're a lightworker, chances are you're also an empath. It's almost impossible for a person with a strong healing ability not to feel deeply. Most empaths suffer from profoundly low levels of self-esteem and confidence.

Finding your worth and your true self is a life-changing journey and one you must take.

As a result of their open, energetic fields, many lightworkers struggle with poor self-esteem. They are highly perceptive and attuned to the emotional states of those around them and absorb any imbalances surrounding them.

Imagine having an antenna that picks up disrupting signals and brings them back into alignment. That's what lightworkers do.

Since birth, lightworkers, healers, and empaths have focused primarily on helping others. They just give, give, and give. And in turn, they forgot one crucial step.

To develop a strong core within oneself.

Many lightworkers suffer from a lack of confidence because their inner core is weak. Their sense of identity is clouded and muddled. There are no energetic barriers for lightworkers. Therefore their energy bodies frequently blend with those of those around them.

Since your energetic field is also wide open, you're prone to trauma and deep wounds inside the soul. You have the ability to bring these wounds back into the light by acknowledging their existence.

As a lightworker and an empath, I know you can feel someone's pain. But it doesn't mean you have to take their pain and burden. Neither of you will benefit from this approach, as it is not the correct path to healing.

If you've been feeling down and unworthy, it's time to take a break. Stop focusing on how others perceive and feel about you for some time, and start healing your core. A good healer must be healthy to heal and help others fully. And that's what you need to do.

Heal.

Mute everyone for a while and ask yourself profound questions.

What do you really want? Who are you, really?

Some lightworkers have suffered severe traumas, leaving them feeling incomplete and unworthy of their mission. They were rejected as children and still seek forgiveness and acceptance from those responsible.

The lightworker's sense of self-worth may be damaged by these traumas. The need for others and the feeling of being hungry for love originates in their childhood.

But it's time to stop. Stop thinking about how others perceive you. Stop expecting them to give you attention or love you. Now is the time to focus on yourself and your healing and to be the person you are meant to be.

Most lightworkers have low self-esteem because they mainly focus on other people. It's really great that you're helping others, but you needn't make your life revolve around them. You also need to have time for yourself. It's alright to focus on you.

You have the right to spend time with yourself to understand better who you are. In this way, you strengthen your inner core, equipping you for future healing tasks.

Everyone's journey is different, but you must find a way to stay true to yourself despite all the negative energy and darkness surrounding you. You must figure out how to get out of that darkness or turn it into light.

After all, you're a light worker. You only need to take that one step toward healing and light. You can find that balance within your core. You can still feel deeply and stay true to yourself while healing and guiding others here on Earth.

But first, you need to heal yourself.
